1.1. Preparation for construction 1.1.1. materials

Before installing product, equipment and materials entering site must be checked.

(2) Signal processing equipment: including mixer, preamplifier, power amplifier, frequency equalizer, compression limiter,

(3) Delay, reverb, etc. The standard series of products must be selected according to design requirements, and product instruction manual, certificate of conformity and related technical documents, and 3C certification marks must be attached. Before installing product, a power-on test must be carried out in accordance with factory drawings or technical documents, and results recorded.

(4) Transmission part: including junction boxes, controllers, wires and cables, etc. Specifications and models must meet design requirements, product certificates and 3C certification marks are available.

(5) Terminal equipment: mainly speakers, sound boxes, speakers, control switches, volume controls and other equipment. The choice of product meets design requirements, is accompanied by operating instructions and certificates, and also has 3C certification marks.

(6) Commonly used wiring specifications should be in accordance with following table, and insulated wires of appropriate specifications should be selected according to design requirements, and product qualification certificates should be available. (See Table 8.1-1).

1.1.2 Machinery and equipment

1.2 Construction conditions

(1) Computer room building work must be completed and doors, windows and door locks must be fully assembled.

(2) Constructed wire and cable trenches, grooves, pipes, boxes and boxes in and around computer room.

(3) The reserved speaker holes on ceiling are reserved according to actual size, and speaker hangers are reserved for installation.

(4) Cable insulation resistance value is greater than 0.5 MΩ.

1.3.2 Operating method

(1) Pre-buried pipeline

See pre-built pipeline technology requirements for construction.

(2) Junction box installation

(a) The panel of concealed drawer must closely match decorative surface of building. It is strictly forbidden to use electric welding or gas welding to weld box body and built-in branch pipe.

(b) The installation height of surface mount junction box is 1.5 m from bottom edge to ground.

(c) When surface mounting a wall junction box, terminal box, or speaker box, first make a transition by crimping between lead wire and wire in box, and then place terminal back into junction box. . Find correct level to drill holes in and insert spacer bolts to secure. The bottom of box should be flush with wall.

(d) If it is not convenient to lay cable pipe directly on site, cable should not be directly between cable pipe outlet port and equipment terminal. It should be connected with a metal hose, and length of metal conduit should not exceed 1 meter.

(3) Stacking lines

(a) Cables should be laid neatly, without twisting, and crossings should be kept to a minimum, with thick wires at bottom and thin ones at top.

(b) There must be no splices in pipe for wiring, and splices should be spliced ​​in a wire box (box).

(c) Cables that enter cabinet must enter distribution slots in rack, respectively, or be bundled and secured separately.

(d) Both ends of cable being laid must be marked.

(4) Terminal Equipment Wiring

(a) The installation of loudspeaker must comply with design requirements, mounting must be safe and secure, and horizontal angle, tilt and elevation angles must be flexibly adjusted within design requirements.

(b) Use building structures to mount brackets or hangers for acoustic boxes and other accessories in false ceiling and mezzanine. It is necessary to drill holes in structure, electric welding, etc., and load-bearing capacity of building structure must be checked, and construction can be carried out only after approval of project; When hanging large loudspeakers from other objects, such as lampposts, they must also be installed after obtaining design approval in accordance with their bearing capacity.

(c) Loudspeaker enclosures installed under architectural decoration as a cover must not have a face in direct contact with decoration.

(d) To match speakers of different power and impedance, pre-solder leads from terminals of required interline transformers according towith design requirements and remove 10-15mm of insulation shell to use.

(e) For ceiling speakers, connect speaker wires to wires in terminal box, then insert terminals back into junction box so that speaker is closer to ceiling, and fix speaker to ceiling bracket plate with screws. When using spring to fix horn, place horn on ceiling, and then stretch spring, hook horn cover and bring it up to ceiling and find the correct position. Ceiling speakers are installed as shown below:

(5) Installation of equipment in computer room

(a) If channel steel base is used for large cabinets, first check whether channel steel base is straight and sized to match size of cabinet.

(b) According to fixed hole spacing of cabinet, drill holes in steel channel of foundation or in ground. Then pull wires to find a straight line, and then bolt various anchor bolts and cabinet body tightly and connect them into a whole cabinet.

(c) Single independent cabinet installation or multiple installations next to each other must be horizontally flat and vertical; The installation sequence of equipment on cabinet should be in accordance with design requirements, equipment panels should be arranged neatly, and tracked equipment should be pushed and pulled flexibly.

(d) The installation console must be placed neatly, and installation location must meet design requirements.

(6)Hardware Debugging

(a) Before wiring, recheck insulation resistance between ground and line for installed cables if insulation resistance is greater than 0.5 MΩ. In machine room equipment, special wires are used to connect each device, and ends of wires of each branch are crimped, and equipment and shield wires must be crimped to protect ground wire. The ground resistance value must not exceed 1 ohm.

(b) After equipment is installed, each equipment is individually debugged, and then system is tuned. Debugging is to monitor sound quality effect of each broadcast in computer room, and adjust output of each power amplifier to ensure that volume of each sound source is consistent, and field monitoring is also required. After commissioning is completed, it must be delivered for use after being inspected and accepted by appropriate personnel, and acceptance procedures must be carried out.

1.4. Finished product protection

(1) When installing speaker (box), keep ceiling and walls clean.

(2) When doing other work, be careful not to collide with or damage speaker cabinet or screen.

(3) In computer room, measures must be taken to protect against dust, moisture, pollution, and water resistance. To avoid equipment damage and parts loss, doors and windows must be closed in time, door locked, and a special person must be appointed for this.

1.5 Quality Issues to Consider

(1) The connection between equipment, main line and terminal is not reliable, it should be checked in time, and loose part should be securely tightened.

(2) When using shielded wire, outer copper mesh is in contact with core.The lower copper mesh must be separated from core, and special attention must be paid to crimping.

(3) When welding with welding oil, non-welding part is contaminated. After welding, wipe welding oil in a timely manner with a cotton thread (fabric strip).

(4) Interference will be caused by ungrounded shielded wires or equipment. Shield wire and equipment ground wire must be crimped as required.

(5) The speaker wiring is not reliable and impedance is not consistent, resulting in silence or unsatisfactory volume. This should be repaired in a timely manner, and unsuitable equipment should be replaced.

(6) The installation of large speaker cabinet is not rigid and uneven, and resonance occurs at high volume. The speaker box must be installed firmly and installation position must be accurate.

(7) The connection between emergency broadcast line and normal broadcast line is not correct. If function is not completed, wrong line must be corrected in time.

(8) The horn shield is flattened and needs to be repaired or replaced in time.

(9) When repairing pulp, speaker is dirty or installation hole is too large. Dirt must be wiped clean and gaps repaired before installing speakers.

(10) The distance between speakers in same room is uneven and heights are inconsistent. Before installation, you should play line well and find position. If height difference exceeds allowable deviation range, it should be adjusted within specified range.
