Department of interaction with general contractor:
1) The general contractor is responsible for laying hidden pipelines and reserved openings for intelligent engineering, and subcontractor is responsible for laying pipelines, laying trunk and threading works for intelligent engineering.
2) The fire seal of bridge frame and seal inside and outside of pipe casing shall be performed by general contractor and subcontractor respectively within their respective scope of construction; if general contractor and subcontractor use it together, general contractor is responsible for sealing; if well or casing fails to meet requirements due to underbooking by general contractor or on-site management problems, general contractor is responsible for sealing.
3) The general contractor completes concrete or masonry foundation in accordance with relevant drawings and data provided by subcontractor, and subcontractor is responsible for installing equipment on foundation. The subcontractor shall, as soon as possible, provide all details regarding required cooperation in field of civil engineering to engineer of Party A for approval and coordinate with general contractor cooperation in his work. The subcontractor shall ensure that relevant civil engineering conforms to design requirements of intelligent system. All consequences caused by lack of coordination, including civil works and delays in construction, are borne by subcontractor.
4) The general contractor is responsible for power supply and installation of main power supply cabinet in intelligent computer room of building, installation of all lighting and sockets in computer room, and supply and installation of power points for construction of intelligent equipment in all low-current wells. The subcontractor is responsible for laying equipment's power cables and related wiring from power point.
5) The general contractor is responsible for reserving pre-buried earth grid of weak electrical engine room into equipotential box, and subcontractor is responsible for equipotential bonding in engine room.
6) The general contractor is responsible for redundancy of low-current communication interfaces of water supply, heating and high-current systemssystems within scope of construction, and subcontractor is responsible for connecting to these reserved low current interfaces.
1. Exquisite Design Subcontractor Department:
The Subcontractor shall combine drawings provided by Advanced Decor Subcontractor to be responsible for installing various connection points in Advanced Decor Area (specific shape and color to be determined in consultation with Advanced Decor Subcontractor). Viewports in hardcover area are responsibility of hardcover subcontractor, and subcontractor must provide location, size, and other details of all viewports to Design Finishing Engineer for approval.
2. Air conditioning subcontractor department:
1) The air conditioning subcontractor is responsible for reserving low current interface of air conditioning system, and subcontractor is responsible for connecting reserved low current interface.
2) The air conditioning subcontractor is responsible for joint work, such as opening and sealing pipes, in accordance with requirements of construction equipment monitoring system, and subcontractor is responsible for installing related components in place.
3) The main air conditioning equipment provides group control equipment, and subcontractor is responsible for installation, related wiring and system debugging.
4) Unless otherwise specified, all electric actuators attached to electric water valves and electric air valves included in construction equipment monitoring system are supplied with valves, and subcontractor is responsible for electrical execution. Power supply of organization 24 V. supply of electrical wiring and construction equipment, monitoring system for electrical wiring and other works. The air conditioning subcontractor is responsible for wiring 220V power supply.
3. Fire Subcontractor Liaison Unit:
1) The fire subcontractor is responsible for high circuit module and wiring to fire alarm system's high passive dry contact. The subcontractor is responsible for supply and installation of BGM control unit. and is cooperating with a fire subcontractor to debug fire broadcast system and other work.
2) The fire safety subcontractor is responsible for wiring and commissioning loudspeakers used in conjunction with fire protection system. The subcontractor is responsible for supplying, installing and commissioning broadcast loudspeakers for background music system.
4. Subcontractor Interface with IBMS System Integration Platform
1) Content to be completed by an intelligent subcontracting unit:
a) Each weak electronic system needs to improve its own functions and can work independently without relying on system integration;
b) Provide communication interface of each system as required by IBMS system;
c) Provide communication protocol and control software of each system according to requirements of IBMS system;
d) Assist IBMS Systems Integration Platform Engineering team to complete IBMS systems integration.
2) Contents to be completed by IBMS Systems Integration Platform engineering departments:
a) Provide hardware required for IBMS system integration, including but not limited to workstations, maintenance period, and other hardware;
b) Hardware, cables and utilities connected to each subsystem;
c) IBMS system software compilation, debugging, etc.

5. Department of interaction with other professional subcontractors:
1) The design of network host computer room and UPS power supply of host computer room are responsibility of other professional subcontractors that are not within scope of this subcontractor.
2) Other professional subcontractors are responsible for equipment, cables and commissioning of passenger traffic statistics system, and subcontractor is responsible for reserving bridges for passenger traffic statistics system. The passenger traffic statistics system server must provide an OPC interface so that IBMS intelligent control system can read results of passenger traffic statistics system with different resolutions.
3) Other professional subcontractors are responsible for energy management system, and this subcontractor cooperates with energy management system subcontractor to complete and provide corresponding integration interfaces.
4) The group's remote network security and patrol systems are managed by other professional subcontractors who are responsible for reserving appropriate communication interfaces of each system.
5) The IBMS System Integration Management System is operated by other professional subcontractors. Subcontractors shall provide interfaces and protocols required for integration of IBMS intelligent control system in accordance with requirements of IBMS system integration management system, and cooperate with IBMS system integration management system. System professional subcontractors perform system debugging and other work.
