The electronic fence is very popular with consumers for its excellent perimeter protection and durability. But although service life of electronic fence is excellent, if proper maintenance and repair is not paid due attention in daily life, it will also affect normal operation of equipment.
Therefore, after installing and using electronic fence for a certain period of time, it is still necessary to carry out a comprehensive maintenance of electronic fence.
Note 1
Check if equipment at front of impulse electronic fence is in good condition. Including: wire rod, brackets, insulators, alloy wires, insulated wires, ground rods, warning signs and other parts.
1. Replace broken, obsolete and corroded equipment such as damaged insulators.
2. Fasten connection between aluminum wire and connecting device such as hanging rod and bracket. Please note that alloy wire must be dense enough to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction caused by ambient temperature.
3. Check aging condition of insulation wire for damage, replace badly aged insulation wire, and repair insulation on damaged part.
4. Check grounding of impulse electronic fence system and measure grounding resistance, which should not exceed 10 ohms.
5. Regularly check front of electronic fence and remove debris in time.

Determine pulse output voltage and energy (in joules) of main unit, and check if open circuit and short circuit signals of main unit work normally, and check if reset switch is normal. Power off and maintenance every three months, keep working environment of main equipment clean, well ventilated, and pay attention to humidity.

Check use of a spare battery, make sure battery is not leaking or damaged, and check battery voltage. If usage time exceeds one year, battery should be replaced.

Check health of communication alarm equipment, check working status of communication alarm equipment after pulse host sends an alarm, and replace damaged alarm.

After occurrence of severe weather conditions such as typhoons and heavy rains, operation status of electronic fence should be rechecked in time, and if any problems are found, they should be fixed in time.
For all things that are not disposable, maintenance has become most important and necessary link. Regular maintenance can not only extend service life, but also ensure stable operation of product. An electronic fence is also on way. Regular maintenance, don't let your electronic fence become a decoration.
