Based on installation requirements, it is better to avoid some places with difficult light receiving positions, and avoid all black objects, water and other objects that absorb infrared light in field of view, so as not to affect monitoring screen. 2. Installation angleThe top view angle is most commonly used explosion-proof camera, which is hidden and has a good macroscopic observation effect; when installed at a horizontal angle, it is easy to see some details; there are very few upward-facing installations, and requirements for light adaptability of explosion-proof chambers are also very high.
Based on original network, select appropriate wiring, do not let signal line and high power line transmit in same direction, and cannot be placed in same transmission line pipe. 4. Seal wire entryThe cable entry of explosion-proof chamber must be sealed with a rubber o-ring, and other methods such as pouring sealant, asbestos rope, etc. are prohibited. It is forbidden to pour any substance into cavity, which will lose explosion-proof characteristics; oil on rubber o-ring should be cleaned to avoid aging and wear.
5. It is strictly forbidden to change cameraIt is strictly forbidden to modify design, components and internal circuits of explosion-proof chamber. Mounting bolts must not be arbitrarily replaced or missing, and elastic gaskets and metal gaskets of redundant inlet and outlet ports must be kept sealed when shipped from factory, and compression nuts must be tightened to seal cable entry.
6. Daily MaintenanceWhen facing bad weather, check lightning protection effect of explosion-proof chamber in advance; generally pay attention to moisture and dust resistance, and wipe it regularly; when checking, try not to open explosion-proof housing of camera, and turn off power when it needs to be opened. If explosion-proof housing is opened, explosion-proof surface must be properly protected and must not be damaged. During maintenance, explosion-proof surface must be placed upwards and must not directly touch the ground.
