In our work as electricians, we often encounter belt drive devices. When a belt is worn or high temperatures in summer cause belt to fit too loosely and “slip” occurs, we can use fabric-based electrical tape to wind belt . belt in an emergency.Emergency use so as not to delay normal production work.

During maintenance work, when diameter of motor rotor shaft wears and decreases, if wear rate is relatively small, you can use epoxy resin to thicken worn part, and after resin hardens, it is polished. to normal size. Can be used temporarily.

If conditions do not allow, if you want to protect a three-phase balanced power line from leakage / phase failure, you can pass cable through a feed-through current transformer (currently transformer is converted to a zero-sequence current transformer), using characteristics according to which three-phase electrical vector sum is no longer zero when a leakage/loss of phase error occurs, to signal faults for protection monitoring.
