The splicing LCD screen is popular in indoor wide screen display market due to its advantages of high definition and ultra-wide viewing angle, smooth operation, low power consumption and long service life. 01. Choose an installation method based on your location and needs
According to different applications, different installation methods may be used. At present, most common installation methods are floor cabinet type, wall bracket type, recessed bracket and vertical bracket.
The floor-to-ceiling cabinet type is convenient for moving system; type of wall bracket must take into account load on wall; built-in space is more beautiful; vertical bracket is convenient for subsequent maintenance, but it places higher demands on strength of base and bracket.
02. The installation surface must be flat and antistatic
No matter which installation method you choose, selected installation surface must be flat and load-bearing, since entire LCD splicing system is relatively large in volume and weight.
In addition, installation surface must be anti-static so as not to affect the image quality.
03. The lighting for installation must be suitable
The light around installation site must not be too bright, otherwise you will not be able to see image on screen.
Light that may enter near screen (such as a window) should be blocked if necessary, and it is best to turn off light while device is running to ensure its normal operation. Don't install light directly in front of screen, just install lamp.
04. Pre-calculate amount of wiring
According to screen size and installation position of whole project, calculate length and characteristics of various required lines, and calculate needs of whole project.
In addition, when connecting, pay attention to difference between power lines and signal lines, and install them in different places to avoid interference.
05 Reserved Service Channel
For convenience of service in future, it is necessary to reserve a service channel. At present, most projects use post-maintenance method, that is, maintenance is carried out on back of large screen, and enough channels must be left on back of screen for maintenance. Generally, it takes about 70. Width from 1 cm to 1 meter imposes higher building space requirements.
06. Make sure equipment is well ventilated
Air conditioners or air vents should be installed in service channel to ensure good ventilation of equipment.
The air outlet should be as far away from LCD splicing wall as possible (about 1m is better), and wind from outlet should not blow directly on case to avoid damage due to uneven cooling and heating of screen.
07. Frame wrap is removable
To facilitate future maintenance of LCD screen, frame should be removable. A gap of about 25 mm is left between inner edge of outer frame and outer edge of panel wall. For large panel walls, gap should be increased accordingly according to number of columns.
In addition, in order to enter box for subsequent maintenance, maintenance channel should in principle not be less than 1.2 m wide. It is advisable to press edge of screen by 3-5 mm by removable side bars, and fix removable side bars after case and screen are fully installed in place.
