The splicing LCD screen not only has a bright image and a variety of display methods, but also has a long service life and low maintenance costs, and is now being used more and more widely. Installing LCD splice is not difficult, but if you want to use it for a long time, there are 5 requirements that you need to pay attention to.
1. Selecting a site for installing LCD screen
The installation surface selected for LCD splicing should be flat, since entire LCD splicing system is relatively large in volume and weight. The surface chosen must also have some weight bearing capacity, if wall is ceramic tile, it may not be able to support its weight. Another point is that installation surface must be antistatic.
2. LCD Wire Splicing Precautions
When installing LCD screen, pay attention to separating power line and signal line when connecting, and install them in different places to avoid interference. In addition, according to screen size and installation position of whole project, calculate length and characteristics of various required lines, and calculate needs of whole project.
3. LCD Ambient Light Requirements
Although brightness of LCD screen is very high, it is still limited, so ambient light in selected installation environment should not be too bright. picture on screen. Light that may fall near screen (such as a window) should be blocked if necessary, and it is best to turn off light while device is in operation to ensure normal operation of device. Don't install light directly in front of screen, just install lamp.
4. LCD Frame Requirements
To facilitate future maintenance of LCD screen, frame should be removable. A gap of about 25 mm is left between inner edge of outer frame and outer edge of panel wall. For large panel walls, gap should be increased accordingly according to number of columns. In addition, to enter box for subsequent maintenance, width of maintenance channel should not be less than 1.2 m in principle. It is advisable to press edge of screen by 3-5 mm by removable side bars, and fix removable side bars after case and screen are fully installed in place.
5. LCD Screen Ventilation Requirements
Air conditioners or air vents should be installed in service channel to ensure good ventilation of equipment. The position of air outlet should be as far away from LCD splicing wall as possible (about 1m is better), and wind from air outlet should not blow directly into case to avoid damaging screen. uneven cooling and heating.
In addition to these 5 points, construction site of LCD display installation and debugging should determine cause according to phenomenon reflected in fault, and focus on checking timing interface and equipment transmission cable, and comparing timing between signal source and frequency range of display terminal. If image has ghosting, check if transmission cable is too long or too thin. The solution is to replace test cable or add equipment such as a signal amplifier. If focus is not perfect, display terminal can be adjusted. When faced with appearance of problems, we must first learn how to analyze in order to better solve root cause of problem. Through powerful analysis, inspection time can be shortened.
